You build a thorough understanding of Azure’s core concepts. The module covers essential services, foundational solutions, management tools, and security topics – including network security fundamentals.
Certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
You explore the core concepts of databases in cloud environments, develop practical skills with cloud data services, and gain an initial understanding of how data services work in Microsoft Azure.
Certification: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
Cloud service principles and the SaaS model take center stage, with a particular focus on the Microsoft 365 product ecosystem. You understand how cloud-based solutions are structured and how Microsoft 365 is applied in practice.
Certification: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
You gain the knowledge needed to understand security, compliance, and identity (SCI) requirements within Microsoft cloud services and correctly assess their implications for your organization.
Certification: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
You learn current approaches to device deployment and updates. Key topics include endpoint device management, the co-management model, and how Microsoft Intune integrates into existing IT environments.
Certification: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
You take ownership of configuring, rolling out, and operating Microsoft Teams within Office 365. This includes managing the services that power internal communication across the organization.
Certification: Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate
You study the core principles of the ITIL® framework and learn how to apply them to improve service quality in your organization’s IT service management environment.
Certification: ITIL® 4 Foundation

Duration: 5.5 months full-time; part-time participants study for twice as long. Duration may vary by location.
Delivery: Live online instruction with experienced trainers – including personal support for exam preparation and course content.

Prerequisites:
A solid IT foundation is all you need to get started. Individual modules can be adapted and combined flexibly. Good English skills are required, as course content and exams are primarily in English.
